The service does NOT monitor or handle:
- moving violations
- criminal violations
- driver license issues
- non-NYC tickets
The service is designed to help users stay aware of NYC parking and camera tickets so they may attempt to avoid penalties, interest, towing, or vehicle booting.
The Company may, at its discretion:
- monitor license plates
- notify users of violations
- submit administrative disputes
- assist with ticket payment
- charge the user's payment method
The Company does not guarantee that tickets will be discovered, disputed successfully, or paid before penalties occur.

Government Non-Affiliation
The Company is not affiliated with any government agency, including New York City agencies responsible for parking enforcement.
Users remain responsible for checking official government records independently.

User Authorization
By using the service, users authorize the Company to:
- monitor license plate records
- access publicly available ticket databases
- submit administrative disputes
- assist with ticket payment
- charge authorized payment methods
Users confirm they are authorized to provide the vehicle information.

Fees
Users agree to pay all applicable fees including but not limited to:
- subscription monitoring fees
- dispute processing fees
- administrative service fees
- ticket payment reimbursement
- credit card processing fees
- finance or interest charges
Fees may change at any time.

Payment Authorization
By providing a payment method, users authorize the Company to charge their payment method for:
- subscriptions
- service fees
- dispute processing
- ticket payments
- administrative costs
- interest or finance charges
Users agree to maintain valid payment methods.

Auto-Renewing Subscription
The service may operate as a recurring subscription that automatically renews unless canceled.

Failed Payments and Collections
If a payment fails, the Company may:
- retry the charge

- seek legal recovery
Users agree to pay reasonable collection costs.

Chargebacks
Users agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting the Company to attempt to resolve the issue.
The Company may suspend accounts and recover administrative costs associated with chargebacks.

All payments are final and non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued only at the Company’s sole discretion.

No Guarantee of Results
The Company does not guarantee:
- successful disputes
- ticket discovery
- timely notifications
- prevention of penalties
- prevention of booting or towing
Users remain responsible for monitoring their own violations.

Boot and Enforcement Risk Disclaimer
New York City may boot or tow vehicles when violations reach certain thresholds. The Company does not guarantee that use of the service will prevent enforcement actions.

Customer Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- provide accurate information
- maintain valid payment methods
- monitor their own violations
- comply with applicable laws

Account Suspension or Termination
The Company may suspend or terminate accounts due to:
- failed payments
- suspected fraud
- misuse of service
- legal risk

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:
- penalties or interest
- towing or booting
- financial losses
- indirect damages
Total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.
